Shade at the Beach in Majahual?

We are traveling w/a large group that includes children. We would love to go to any of the beach areas in Majahual, but I've been looking at a lot of the pics from this area, and I don't notice beach umbrellas or much shade (to locate our beach chairs). Can anyone give me any info on this?

Hi, Lisa, there are tables with umbrellas all up and down the beach, the earilier you arrive the better choice you will have, also there are palm trees with shade to throw down a blanket.

The tables are free for the taking, they only ask that you buy food or drink for them.
