Porthole 1A question...

Hi all! Does anyone know if the double porthole 1A cabins on the Destiny or Conquest are suitable for 2 people? I'm specifically interested in the cabins with two lowers in the front of the ship. Does anyone have any pictures of these cabins? Thanks in advance....

I had one of those cabins on the Triumph back in 2004. There was one bed and one sofa. If you are a couple, I would not consider this cabin.

I've had two portholes in a 1A cabin. There were two beds at a right angle, and you could push them together. That was on the Sensation...Cabin E1.

We had the very first one on the Carnival Victory. It is a little cramped for two people. There was one single bed and a sleeper sofa. Definitely not for a couple but for singles traveling together or with children it would be ok. One thing I did like is being on the lowest deck this was the debarkation deck so we never had to go far to get off the ship.
