Theme Nights??

This is our first cruise. Will we know ahead of time(b4 cruise) what kind of menu will be served nightly? I just saw a post where a gentleman said his wife wasn'rt going to like thursday evening so that's when they we're booking Portofinos. We've gotten our docs but I didn't see anything in there that was that detailed.

Inquiring minds want to know!! Thanks in advance.

We are on the 11 night Panama cruise on the Brillance. We want to eat at Portofinos at least once. My sister did the Alaskan cruise this summer on a Radiance class ship and from all the other reviews on here, we sure don't want to miss the food there.

My husband doesn't eat pork or shellfish, so I was thinking if one night was big on that, that would be a great Portofino night. It would be nice to have a heads up so we can make our reservations as soon as we get on the ship.
