What is the Best Snorkel tour & tour company

Sorry if this is repetitve. I searched a little and couldn't find what i was looking for. I don't want a combo or to go to a beach club. I want to know where and who will take me to see the best parts of the reef. I don't want to book thru the cruise line. Also will it be warm enough the end of January to snorkel?
