This is for someone local to the New Orleans area. Could anyone tell me where the nearest Budget rental car agency is to the cruise ships terminals? I need to return the car at the by one pm and then take a taxi to the ship by three. Thanks

Have you looked on the Budget website? It will show you a map display. There seems to be one on Canal Street: 1317 Canal St, in fact.
