Does anybody know if Sky Suite privileges on the Mercury include free soft drinks in the cabin or throughout the rest of the ship, or whether you still need to buy these individually or through a soft drink card? Can you bring your own soft drink cans on board? Also, if we do want to bring our own soft drinks on board, does anybody know if there is a market convenient to the airport and pier in San Diego?

 

Can we bring our own wine on board as we can on other lines? Celebrity's FAQs contradict each other. One FAQ says "No alcoholic beverages may be purchased ashore for consumption onboard." Another says "Wines not bought from the onboard wine list will constitute a corkage fee," which implies you can have wine with you that was not purchased onboard.

Sorry no free pop. There is a small convience store across the street from the San Diego Pier. My wife picked up some Pepsi there and when needed would pick up more in port.

 

Yes you can bring wine aboard, There is a corkage fee, I think it's now $12. Of course, if you consume in your room you can get around that. You can bring a bottle from state side just carry it you carry on and consume in your room. We had friends on our cruise in April who brought aboard a gallon jug of Dewars.
