Need Travel Agent Assistance

I know that travel agents frequently check the boards so I thought I would post here -- We are looking to book the Infinity on 8/22 but want/need a balcony. All balconys are sold out but Celebrity told me a travel agentis holding three cabins without a deposit and/or name attached. I'm suprised they didn't give you the agent name. You could always call your agent book an inside cabin and waitlist the balcony. When released if released jump on it.

Thanks. There is already a longer waitlist than there are cabins so I was trying to jump the line. I figure if anyone knows the answer, it will be a cruisecritic person. I also did a ***** with a specific balcony request. I am running out of ideas.
