Can I bring soda onboard?

This is our very first cruise on the Disney Wonder in a couple of weeks. So I have those typical newbie questions. I know there is the question of bringing H20 on board? Can You? I've been following a diet that involves LOTS of water on a daily basis. Can I stuff it in a duffle bag?

 

How about Diet soda? I don't react well to caffeine so I can only drink diet sprite. No one (not even Disney property) offers diet sprit. Can I bring small bottles of diet sprite on board. That way I can stuff some in a bag for offshore excursions, etc...
