Are there better or special menu days to eat in the Main Dinning room(s) on the Dream? We are taking the 7 day cruise from Huston and wonder which days would be best to eat in the Bistro.

Thanks in advance.

Ken.

We were on the Dream last month. We boarded about 11:30, had lunch and then immediately went to Le Bistro to make our Specialty Restaurant reservations. We asked if the person who was taking reservations could please go to the dining room and get menus for all seven evenings so that we could see which menus least appealed to us. She said : "No Problem" and went to get them. We then looked at the menus for each evening of the cruise and picked the nights that had menus that had items we least wanted to eat and made our dinner reservations for the specialty restaurnts for those nights.

I believe the best night to dine at the Le Bristo is on Sunday night, the Optional formal night. The main restaurants, Four Seasons and Terraces, are always packed on Lobster night. They also serve a full lobster tail as a free second entree at Le Bristo. So, you end up with two large entrees vs one for the same low surcharge price.....

We requested that and were refused last week, so YMMV. Would have been nice, too, since the Cervice was disappointing.

The lobster dinner (which we missed) got rave reviews, too.

We thought the food in the big dining rooms on Friday night was the worst of the week, for what it's worth. By Thursday afternoon both Le Bistro and the italian place were fully booked for Thursday and Friday nights.
