Either ship will be an excellent choice. I believe the Pearl is an upgraded Jewel. I would select on itinerary & price. The pictures on the attached thread link are from the Jewel see post 112.

I did not get a chance to get in an AD on the Pearl but should be decorated much like this AC.

I appreciate the pics! Looks like you had a great time! What did you think

of the room? Did I understand correctly that the butler will deliver ordered

restaurant meals? That would be terrific! and did you find boarding easy?

Any other fun perks we should know about?

Thanks again!

Our scheduled boarding time was 1:00 P.M.' date=' we arrived at terminal at 11:00 A.M., waited in line for about 10 min, then proceeded to priority check-in. We were escorted to a private area to sit until boarding which was about 11:40 A.M..

We did not used the butler service this trip, we have in the past for breakfast. Since your in a AD Suite you can eat breakfast and lunch at Cagney's Steakhouse, very nice and quiet, we did this 3 times.

VIP Tender Passes, Priority Disembarkation, Saeco Expresso Coffeemaker

Hello Sweet Dreams

We were on the Jan 14th to 21st Jewel cruise and stayed in AD 10666. What a great room. The bathrrom is nice with a tub and seperate toliet area. Just outside the bathroom is vanity area with lots of storage. The closet was rather cool as there were doors on both side so 2 people could access at once. Lots of drawers and cubbies, we packed very heavily (2 large suitcases, 1 small, 1 garmet bag, 1 carryon) and we found a place for everything. The balcony was huge with 2 lounges and a small table. The sound of the wake was addicting and the balcony was never too windy even at cruising speed. I fell asleep out there a couple times. I will be doing a full review soon and getting some photos up. If you have any more questions let me know.
