Soon to sail: NCL Pearl

We're (family of 4) staying in a mini suite on deck 11 facing the stern (aft). Any experience with this accomodation? Final question: After roughly 40 cruises, I'm seriously considering packing only sandals for footwear (besides sneakers). Would a man be allowed in all dining rooms wearing dressy sandals ? Has anyone been asked to put on shoes?

Many thanks for any advice.

We're booked in the exact same location for our March back-to-back cruises on the Pearl. We chose them because we loved them so much on our Jewel cruise last year. Great views, no wind, wonderful sounds of the wake, and watch out for those baking cookies and bread smells that come wafting your way every day. We always ended up going on a cookie run after smelling them..:D
