Any (Alaska) Oosterdam secrets? (Bonus coffee question)

We are headed back to Alaska after doing the Coral Princess northbound last summer. We had amazing luck with glacier viewing spots and other "ship secrets" thanks to these boards. Are there any Oosterdam secrets worth sharing and in particular are there hidden or semi-hidden forward or back locations for viewing? We will be on the upper prom deck.

 

While I'm at it, where are the morning espressos to be found? I'm a bit confused since the Java Corner seems to be a Java-less corner and there is not yet an Exploration Cafe. Many thanks in advance!
