Help w/my list of things to do as soon as we get on the RC ship

First cruise on RCI (7 day cruise, Voyager) coming up soon. I have been scouring these boards for info. I have come up w/the following list of what to do as soon as we get on the ship. What else do you do right away?

 

1) eat lunch; go to sailing away celebration (or whatever it is called)

2) go to spa to book appts.

3) go to main dining rm. to check out seat assignments and talk to maitre de if there is a problem.

4) check out the onboard wine packages and perhaps purchase

5) get soda card for kids

6) sign up for shows that require signing up (where do we do this?)

7) book any excursions that we decide to do that are not booked ahead of time

 

what else? i just want to have a list so I can get it all out of the way and then relax!

1. Eat

2. Drink

3. Relax

4. Sleep

5. Repeat 1- 4.

8) Make specialty restaurant reservations (call from the pool phone)

9) Change into swim suits you packed in your carry on and relax

What else do you do right away?

 

Unpack, Silly! Make your cabin 'home'. We always board as early as possible, so there's not a lot else to do.

 

Also, pick up a deck plan and wander the ship, getting familiar with where things are. Either start on deck 2 and work your way up, or start at the top and work your way down.

Take a deep breath....soak it all in.....

don't sweat the small stuff....just make sure you have lots of fun.

1) Go to pool deck and get a fruity foo-foo drink!

2) Wave at strangers on the dock

3) Walk around completely lost

4) Go back to pool for another drink :rolleyes:

5) Follow the heard to the Muster spot
