Do Not Use Dock Side Phones

I just got my credit card receipt for a quick check in with my family using a dock side phone in Cozumel. It would not go automatically and the operator came on to help. The cost for call that could not have lasted three minutes was $41.91.

someone I met on the ship called collect and I believe they said it was $3 for 6 minutes, but it was the phone in the International Terminal Shopping Area, not just by the checkpoint. Hope that helps some, but I guess she will also have to wait to see the bill at home.
