palmtre2 Posted January 24, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 24, 2007 I'm wondering how many can be seated at Teppanyaki and if there is more than one seating per night??
watchdiva Posted January 24, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 24, 2007 There are a few seatings per night and if I remember correctly:eek: - it seats 24. It's been a few years since we were last on the Dawn but Teppanyaki booked very quickly and it was great fun! Maybe a more recent cruiser can update? Desert star Posted January 24, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 24, 2007 I am not sure about the Dawn, but on the Jewel and I assume it is the same, we were able to get 9 around the table comfortably, and there were 4 tables, so 32 max per seating. They had seating at 5:30, 7:30,9:30.
RC_BC Posted January 25, 2007 #4 Share Posted January 25, 2007 I think it is 16 because in 2004 we had a group of 14 at Teppanyaki, and there was another couple at the table to fill the last 2 seats. I don't know if they have changed this configuration since then, and we didn't eat there when we were on the Dawn earlier this month. I believe there were 3 seatings - 5:30, 7:30, and 9:30. palmtre2 Posted January 25, 2007 Author #5 Share Posted January 25, 2007 Thanks so much - but I'm still not sure if our group of 22 would all fit at once.
LaJollaCruiser Posted January 25, 2007 #6 Share Posted January 25, 2007 Thanks so much - but I'm still not sure if our group of 22 would all fit at once. As of last June, Dawn had only one table that seats 16. They had three seatings and two cooks.

suzequ Posted January 31, 2007 #8 Share Posted January 31, 2007 We did Teppanyaki twice last March (my DD is a BIG fan). The Dawn has two u-shaped tables whick face each other. Each table seats about 12. Each table has it's own chef. There are multiple seatings each night. It was quite good, but did get smokey one evening. They cracked the door to the Promenade and I think people going by thought we were on fire! LOL:D
