Cruise Docs - when do i get them?

Recommended Posts

I arranged our cruise with a TA. I noticed that she put her office address in as my address, so I assume she will be receiving our documents. When should I expect to have to go get them from her? And can i request that she change the address so that i receive the docs directly? We live about 30 minutes away from her office...

RCCL generally starts sending out the docs about 30 to 45 days before the cruise. They send them out in batches. People who booked directly with RCCL and do not have cruise air or any pre- or post-cruise packages, tend to get their docs first. Then they start sending them to people who booked packages and/or booked through a TA.

We usually get our docs and tags about 30-45 days out and they go directly to the TA who double checks it all before sending. The she calls me to let me know it's on its way.

I also complete the online documentation around the same time and reverify the week prior to departure. Entering the information online makes getting onto the ship so much faster.:)

Enjoy!
