Los Angeles Cruise Port - NCL Transfers?

Does NCL offer transfers from LAX to the Los Angeles Cruise Port in San Pedro? I have not been able to find this on their website. Also, has anyone rented a car from the San Pedro Enterprise and returned it at LAX. is the San Pedro Enterprise office walkable from the cruise port or will we need a pick-up? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Bob
