Tuxedo Rental and Activities On Noordam

We are a group of about 8 people who plan to cruise on the Noordam in November. Can anyone tell me if they have tuxedo rental and if so how much was it for a 11 day cruise? Also, as far as activities do they have exercise, Karoke, bingo, etc. How is the shopping on board? I think answers to those questions will address everyone in our group. This will be my first sail on Holland America and I can't wait.
