Advice on boat rental in St. Thomas

We are thinking about renting a boat in St. Thomas. It is from Ocean Runner powerboat company. Anyone ever rented from them? Did you have a good experience? We would pay the extra to have a captain. Don't want to worry about driving the boat. We just thought this way we could go where we want to go. ONly in port from 8 until 6. Good or bad idea. Thanks for the advice.:)
