Empress Deck on Carnival Destiny

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on the inside staterooms at the back end of the Empress deck on the Destiny. Also maybe a little info on the Empress Deck itself, is it a good choice, better to be on the higher or lower decks, ect. Thanks a lot.
