Any luck with San Juan Priceline, October '04?

I've been bidding $75 for resort level, 10/2 and also 10/10 - without any luck. Is anyone having success for this timeframe?

Back in March I bid 3* and got a room at the Radisson Ambassador $75 (10-1) and Wyndham Old San Juan $60 (10/10-12) What ship are you on?

We're on the AOS, sailing 10/3. I went ahead and booked a hotel for 10/10, using reward points. But I'm still trying to get something on Priceline for 10/2. I've have a reservation at Comfort Inn that I can cancel if a Priceline bid works out.

I had a little problem trying. Got locked out for a few days. I did get Raddison, a 3* last Friday for $80 plus taxes and fees, (total $97) for Sat 23 Oct, a night before our cruise.

I just a few minutes ago got the radisson for $75 for 10-22 and 10-23. had tried 2 other times also bidding 3* and 75 and been rejected but this time Yippee!

Back in March I got the Wyndham Condado Plaza for $85.00. (Resort Bid)

I am still patiently trying Priceline, but the last couple of times I've bid $75 and then increased to $80 by adding Boutique. I may need to go a tad higher.

For a Oct. 3 stay in San Juan.. had trouble with priceline. Went to Intercontinental San Juan resort and Casino online and got 109. Plus taxes 130 total. Did priceline in san juan in Feb and got the wyndham cornado. And it was Ok. From what I have been hearing the Intercontinental is a great place. and I know for sure where I will be staying..

Just an update - Increased my bid to $85 and got the Wyndham Condado for Oct 2. Thanks for everyone's input. Now I just have to patiently wait for my cruise. :)
