Valor dinner menu question

How consistent is dinner menus on the Carnival ships? Mainly Valor.

I'd like to know what is being served on what night. I have read some of the "capers", but don't know how consistent the menu is, by varying trips.

I read that usually the 4th night is the formal? Is this the same night as the Captain's party? What do they usually serve on formal night? ETC....

Thanks, Ricky

the Capt's is what some consider the More formal of the two formal(sounds weird but true).....thats when you find the Lobster and prime rib.

I wouldn't say that the 4th night would be formal....

Maybe this will help....

can't help with how consistent it'll be with your sailing
