Has anyone ever sailed on a cruise when a guest chef was featured? Do they conduct the cooking classes or just do free demos?

 

On our 3/10 Noordam cruise, Marcus Samuelson is scheduled to be the guest chef. I've been to Acquavit in NYC, where he is the executive chef and just loved it. I'd love to see him at work.
