Excursions on NCL Dawn??

We are taking our 3 year old along on the Dawn next week and just wondering if anyone has any advise on excursions in Nassau?

We booked the Seaworld excursion for Port Canaveral and The Fountainebleau Hotel for Miami but have no idea what to do in Nassau.

I called NCL when booking and asked about the Atlantis beach day but they said it is not available until June?!
