The weight limit for travel within Egypt is 43lbs. I have read on another thread that you did a bit of shopping while on your GCT trip. Was this before the river or after? My husband is trying to figure out when to shop. Any help will be greatly appreciated, we leave on Mom the 19th. Travel safely and enjoy. Pat

Dear Pat: I upgraded to Business Class air with Grand Circle and I did not have a problem with weight because of that and also because Fred only takes one bag for everything. I am not sure if the baggage limits have changed since last May. I did have to pay extra when I flew out of JFK on Jet Blue home to California. Next time I will mail my purchases from NYC while I am staying there or send them back to myself UPS. Happy Sailing, Joy P.S I know you will enjoy Egypt it is a very exciting place.
