mjea35 Posted February 15, 2007 #1 Share Posted February 15, 2007 Has anyone been to the Pirates Museum in Nassau? Is it really great or just OK? I have three children, ages 8, 11, and 14 and I thought this could be fun.

While not appearing to be quite "Disney World' quality, the museum looks more interesting than I expected, per the tour in the link below: http://www.pirates-of-nassau.com/quayside.htm
mikeythemars Posted February 16, 2007 #3 Share Posted February 16, 2007 Per my earlier point about "subjective," here's an example (a bunch of reviews of the museum from indvidual travelers): http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g147416-d148523-r5983602-Pirates_of_Nassau_Museum-Nassau_New_Providence_Island_Bahamas.html
sharecruises Posted February 16, 2007 #4 Share Posted February 16, 2007 Thanks for the links I have also read this is easy and much cheaper to do yourself, you can walk there from the pier, just pay admission at the museum. The ship "tour" is not worth it apparently. I am also thinking about checking this out as we are NOT in port long at all for Nassau on Glory Oh...also....any reviews from CC members?? Thanks in advance
