Early or Late...that is the question! It is all about preference.

 

DH & I usually book early. However, on one cruise, thought we would try the late seating. FYI: I love sitting a big table and getting to know others, and my DH likes to order more than one entry, so believe me, we like to go dinner. For us though, what we found with late, is that we grazed on the other food and were busy playing (and drinking) and did not make it to most of the meals.

 

Others say the down side to early seating is that is rushes you back from the islands.

 

The few times when we've been to an island with a later sailing time (like 9-10pm), we have either opted to miss supper and/or go back for supper and then head out for the evening on the island.
