Discounted Shore Excursions?

Does RCI ever discount the price of shore excursions, due to the lack of participation or something like that. My SIL asked me this question and I realized I had absolutely no idea, we always book our trips early. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

I've never seen or heard of that either. We've been on excursions which were obviously full, and there have been 1 or 2 that only had about 8 people when the excursion could very well have handled far more participants. We've always ended up paying full price regardless of whether it was full or not.

Never seen them discount due to lack of participation, but have had a few cancelled on us for this reason (then scramble to find something to fill the 'freed up' time :eek: )
