Shore excursions over Easter?

I'd appreciate any feedback on whether the Easter weekend will affect shore excursions in the Caribbean, eg St. Martin, St. Lucia, Barbados.

My experience with land packages in the Dominican Republic and St. Kitts was that most of the operators shut down.

Hi Cheffip! We will be in St. Lucia on Easter Sunday & really haven't planned anything yet. Howvere on Easter Monday we'll be in Barbados & we really wanted to do a snorkeling tour we did there last August. When I emailed the tour operator, he said that Monday is a holiday & the stores will be closed. he thought the ones at the ship terminal will be opened. He is available for a tour that day (thank goodness).
