HAL Amsterdam Cabin 1823 need help

We are looking at cruising on the Amsterdam. Cabin 1823 is the only one available in the category we are looking at. Does anyone have experience with this area of the ship. Concerns are noise with the anchor? and extra motion in the front of the ship.
