Which ship????

I am looking for suggestions on a ship to book for 11/07 for my anniversary. My DH and are under 35 and looking for a cruise/ship that offers a balance of "lively" time as well as "quiet moments for romance" so ship size doesn't matter. I was looking at a 5 day on the Holiday but was told by a friend that when she cruised last year on that ship it was mostly "older/elderly" people aboard. I have no problem with that but was trying to get an idea. Currently we're booked for the Legend as a family trip, and we've aready sailed the Sensation twice and was looking for a ship we haven't experienced yet. We live in Georgia and would like to drive to the port of embarkation. Thanks in advance for your ideas...
