Question for Host Dan

Dan,

I have noticed on this and other threads that the site is very slooooww even with DSL. And judging from all of the duplicate replies and WSOD it would appear that the web site cannot handle all the traffic.

I assume the ads are not enough to pay for the increase in capacity.

I hate to bring this up, but has CC ever thought about a small fee ($10/yr) to raise additional funds to solve this problem. I enjoy CC and would pay if it would help.

I'm not "Host Dan" but maybe I can help here.

 

We are working on the problem; I know that I've said that before but the fact of the matter is -- we ARE working on them and we want them working at 100%.

 

We have no plans to charge for use of the boards.
