I haven't cruised with NCL before and wonder which cabin catagories include access to a private concierge lounge.

Jewel - AA, A4,A3, A1 (in courtyard area so you need access to the area to use)

 

Pearl - AE thru A1 (they use the Star Bar during the day with a card reader)

 

No private lounge on the other NCL ships.

I just got off the Pearl, and if I remember correctly, the Concierge Lounge was part of Cagney's. We never used it, but were able to, if we wanted...

In December, the Star Bar served as the Concierge Lounge during the day. No other separate concierge lounge.
