Does anyone have the Name & address of the PRESIDENT of Princess Cruise Lines?

 

I filed a complaint while on the Feb 1th sail of Caribbean Princess & eventually faxed to customer service without getting any reponse. Piss poor customer service.

 

I want to send a letter directly to the boss.

I too wrote a letter to Princess and sent it regular mail back in January, have yet to hear from, then I found the following email Passengerrelations@princesscruises.com and emailed a copy of my letter to them and they responded stating they forwarded it again to passenger relations. I think I am just going to send them an email daily until someone responds to our groups concerns from the poopy princess (star princess) sailing of jan 6th. I really am beginning to think Princess could care less about what their customers think.:mad:

I will see if the president has any better customer service, since it seems the rest of Princess Cruise sucks at customer service!:mad:
