We were in Aruba last week on board HAL Westerdam. It is a very pretty place and we had a nice time. The dock area is small and easy to traverse. Passing the small gift shop you come to the parking lot for buses and taxis. We were met by Marco of Wixtours and set off on a three hour tour of the island in a minibus. We passed many beautiful public beaches, across the street from the hotels. They were not at all crowded. Then we went to the butterfly farm which we really enjoyed. After that we toured the island, through the cactus studded countryside to the rocky shore with many beautiful little coves. We did go to the "Natural Bridge," but honestly it is not anywhere near among the world's Top Ten Tourist Attractions;) We were back at the port promptly on time.
