Empress of the Seas -First time on RCI

We are sailing on the Empress August 11th to Bermuda...five of us...my parents my husband and I and our 19 D.D. Out of Philly. Is there a drop off area that we can drop the luggage and my parents off before parking the van? My Mum uses a wheeled walker and was wondering what the terminal in Philly is like. We sailed on the Horizon last year to Bermuda and after parking the car, and registering we had to take a shuttle to the ship. I am wondering if I should have a wheelchair waiting for her, although she does manage fairly well. Also are there self laundry areas?

Are there fridges in all cabins? Any other tips are appreciated. Thanks.
