Is there a WiFi zone on Jewel of the Seas? If so, how much does it cost?

I heard that there are 6 areas for wireless on the Jewel. It costs the same per minute ($.50) as the computers RCI provides, then there is an added cost ($10) if you don't have wireless on your laptop and have to rent a card.
