Miracle Room: 5165 7A category Upper ?

Hello,

Any information on this room please:

 

ROOM 5165 7A category – Temp. Assigned 5165 on the Upper Deck.

 

1. Is it a quiet room?

2. It has an obstructed view but I think that's because the lifeboats are just below the balcony railing.

 

3. Rooms/decks/ranges to avoid since we are awaiting an upgrade.... doubt that will happen.

Waiting for an upgrade per Carnival which they say is still possible.

 

 

 

It's my wife's Birthday and we are in our 50's, like to have fun but also want to be able to sleep.
