PU, NC, or PB?

Hi all - I've done lots of research here on the Cozumel board, and have seen many wonderful things about Playa Uvas, Nachi Cocum, and Paradise Beach. This will be our first trip to Cozumel (my parents, me [25], and my sister [19]), and now I'm torn about what to do! We'll be in Cozumel on May 5. There's simply too much good information and too many good reviews about each place... I'd love to do all three!

 

We'd like to spend a relaxing day on the beach, with good food and drinks. We would definitely like to try snorkling, and any other beach/water acitivies would just be added bonus. I'd like to get a beach massage (and maybe buy one for my mom also!), and it would be welcome (although not required) to have some shopping opportunities right on site (i.e., the jewelry at Playa Uvas!). I like the idea of an all-inclusive day, but am not dead set on it.

 

Does anyone have a preference for one of these three over the other, and why? Thanks for whatever input you can provide - this is such a tough decision!! :)
