Best snorkel life vest?

We have our snorkels, mask and fins ready, we just need to get a Snorkel vest(the inflatable kind). There are several listed on the internet. Does anyone have a suggestion on which brand to buy? I read one review about not being a good one because it "choked" them.

Thanks, just want to enjoy my snorkel adventures. We plan on taking a shore excursion and then just going off the beach.

Also needing a suggestion on a waterproof bag or something to put our stuff in while we are snorkeling.
