tom_uk Posted March 18, 2007 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2007 Fred Olsen have published their itineraries for 2008. The big news, of course, is the arrival of Balmoral (ex-Norwegian Crown) into the fleet, and the extra scope that gives them. It looks as if Balmoral will spend the early part of the summer doing fly-cruises in the Med ( a first for Fred Olsen), mainly the eastern & 'central' Med: Italy, Malta, and the near Aegean. Then Balmoral will head for home waters, to be replaced by Braemar, which is scheduled to do 14-night cruises out of Civitavecchia for most of the summer and into the autumn. An interesting step for Fred Olsen.
