Flying Regulations....bringing back alcohol??

I know after the scare in England, you weren't allowed any sort of liquid on board.....have they changed any of those regulations.....what can you bring on board now when travelling? I always like to bring back alcohol from the islands when I cruise, but with these new regulations, can I bring it on board, or do I have to check it with my luggage??

Thanks for your suggestions!!!

Sorry, but regulations haven't changed. No liguid over 3oz in carry-on. Purchased alcohol must go in checked luggage.

You can buy alcohol in airport after security that can be carried on. Also, other liguids, the same.

We are flying into Miami to sail the Majesty. I was also curious, if we bought liquor in the duty free shop to take back home, would we have any problems with the airlines if we put it in our checked luggage? Does anyone know if there is a limit on how much one can bring back in checked luggage? Thanks.
