We are ready to book a Celebrity cruise for March 2008 and would like to know which side of the ship to choose. When in port, we like to see down to the pier - would you recommend STARBOARD or PORTSIDE?

Thank you vor your help!

Starboard-ship will be heading on a general northerly direction. The right side will be towards land most of the time. Starboard will also be against the "town" when you head through the Panama Canal.

We just did this cruise in reverse in November. To really get a full view, book one of the corner aft FV cabins (if there are any available). Either port of starboard side and the entire back of the ship. Our dinner mates and us spent the entire day on our balcony as we were transiting the Canal. Wonderful experience. Enjoy!!!
