We talked to them the last night to see if we could return it, and they gave us a slip on how to do it once we got back home. DH wasn't sure if he wanted it or not and the shop was closing in 10min so he didn't have time to go get it. Anyways DH lost the slip on how to return, we know we have to mail the orginal sales slip and the merchandise but I thought there was more info and we don't have the addresses. I just had to do this because the tote bag we bought the last day of the cruise (bought too much stuff) had the wheel break on the way home. I was told to send the "customer return form" with the copy of the receipt and item, as well as the receipt for the cost of shipping and they will reimburse that also.
