Segways in San Juan?

We are cruising the Carnival Miracle in June to San Juan, St. Thomas, and Tortola with several family members and friends. My father was interested in a Segway scooter tour, which he did here in the states and loved. I was checking online and through excursions, and did not see any. I was wondering if anyone knew of such a tour in any of these three ports of call.
