NCL Star window covering question

We are cruising on the Star for our honeymoon in July to Alaska and just realized that it stays daylight until about midnight and the sun comes up around 4:00AM. We will be in a balcony cabin and it dawned on us last night about window coverings. Are the coverings enough to block out the light so we will be able to sleep or should we plan on bringing eye coverings?

The doors to the balcony, or the windows for an oceanview cabin, will have drapes. The cabin attendant will open the drapes in the morning, and close them every evening when workinng your cabin.
