I have dived many years ago but I don't have a current certification card. What are the best diving choices with no cert. card?

First off, if you had a cert card, you can contact PADI, NAUI or whoever you got your certification from and they can issue you a new card. If you don't feel comfortable diving after getting your cert-card, about your only choice is a resort course. This is where you do a couple hours in a pool then dive with a dive master on a shallow dive. In Grand Turk I recommend Blue Water Divers so you might contact them to see what they can do.
