Aerial tram/zipline vs zip at Errard Estate

We have done the aerial trek at Errard Estate, the first one to start up in St Lucia. Has anyone done the newer one with the aerial tram? Is so, was it good? How was the hiking...very strenuous? We'd love to to do the tram/zip and would love to hear comments.
