Transfer HHV to Pride of Hawaii

Does anyone know how LATE we can take the NCL transfer from Hilton Hawaiian Village to the ship on the day of departure? I called NCL and they said starting at noon. But I wanted to go later. Part of our group will be going to Pearl Harbor Memorial early that morning, and the rest of us are looking at beach time. I don't see any point in getting on the ship 7 hours before it leaves if we could be enjoying the beach instead!

 

Also, do you know if the hotel/NCL will handle the luggage for the transfer if we're packed and ready before we check out? I'm thinking that, if the Pearl Harbor group runs late they can just meet us at the ship rather than coming back to the hotel, but I don't want to have to manhandle 4 people's luggage in addition to my own.
