Are there beach toys at Castaway Cay?

I will be sailing soon on the Wonder. Can anyone tell me if Disney provides beach toys for the kids at Scuttle's Cove like shovels and pails to build sand castles? If not, will they let you bring your own?

There are no toys left on the beach, but we always bring our own, they are also for sail (pun intended) when you get there in case you forget. don't for get the talc powder for removing sand quickly the less you take back to your cabin the better. Say Hi to Mickey for us we are sailing RC this year we will miss the Wonder.:) Don't for get your glow necklaces for the pirate party. Enjoy the firworks.

This is new to me...can you explain? Do you just shake the talc powder over the sand, then wipe off?
